Publica is lowering the technical interest rate on 1 January 2015
Due to the persistently low interest rate level, PUBLICA has decided to lower the technical interest rate to 2.75% on 1 January 2015. This decision will also entail an adjustment of the conversion rate. By building up reserves and taking other supplementary measures, the current level of provision should be retained as far as possible. Please refer to the section “Technischer Zinssatz 2015” (“Technical Interest Rate 2015”) at www.publica.ch. Here you will also find answers to the questions from today’s perspective and the most important dates up to the start of 2015.
Performance bonus 2013
Performance bonuses will be paid again in 2013. Each department or infrastructure division have funds to finance performance bonuses and to appreciate extraordinary efforts by employees.
The process
for the distribution is set by the individual departments or infrastructure division
in consultation with Human Resources. Basic information about performance
bonuses can be found in the instruction.
